Forgotten Foods Festival

Join us to celebrate Chef Driven's inaugural Forgotten Foods Festival, an homage to dishes that have all but disappeared from today's dining scene. Running at our restaurants across the city from March 28th to April 6th.

We have been celebrating Nicoise cuisine in New York for over two decades, drawing on inspiration from the cuisine of “Vieux Nice” and dishes that are well over 100 years old. For this menu, Executive Chef Andy D’Amico sought out older, lesser-known recipes from the Nicoise repertoire — true forgotten foods with French heart and soul.
